Very pleasant quick stay. It was exactly what I needed, a clean and comfortable place to sleep.
- What did you like most?The greeting I received on my arrival was friendly, welcoming, and professional. I was able to schedule an airport shuttle for the next morning. Once in my room I realized I should leave earlier, called the front desk and they answered on the first ring. It was an easy change. Will checked me in and Timothy answered the phone. They were both friendly, helpful, and provided one of the best reception and customer service experiences at a hotel.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I couldn’t figure out how to watch the TV so I just went to sleep. It wasn’t user friendly.
