Located along the Caribbean Sea, this Cancun hotel is 2.2 mi from Aqua World Marina. It features a water park with 8 water slides and The Spa offers hair and body treatments. Every spacious room offers balcony with beautiful ocean views and air conditioning. All rooms are brightly decorated and include a satellite TV, refrigerator and coffee maker. Guests can enjoy a poolside massage or relax in the hot tubs. A gym and 2 tennis courts are available for active guests. Crown Paradise Cancun offers free on-site activities, such as a mini-golf course and game room with billiards. A variety of cuisine is available at Club Cancun’s 7 restaurants, including Japanese specialties at Fujiyama and Italian dishes at La Piazza. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Several services, including telephone calls, motorized water sports and the full-service spa are not included in the all inclusive plan. French menu is offered at Fisherman´s Restaurant for our guests satisfaction. By order of the local authorities, the hotel will charge a mandatory environmental sanitation tax of $79.20 Mexican pesos per room per night, which must be paid directly at the property. Family water park including slides will be closed for maintenance from May 2 to 31, 2025. Kids Paradise water park will be closed for maintenance from September 17 to 30, 2025. The “Kids Paradise” children’s club will be closed for maintenance from September 17 to 30, 2025. - Was there anything you didn't like?They do not give you a Wi-Fi code when check in. Elevators don’t work There were no towels available at both locations no chairs available. So the basics are not covered then they promise you flowers and fruit basket in your room that you do not receive
Decent for a week or so. I doubt I would return due to the food.
