2/10 don’t recommend, staff needs to do better at their jobs.
- What did you like most?We liked that the property was within walking distance to eatery establishments and shopping establishments.
- Was there anything you didn't like? The first thing was when my daughter was in the shower, asked for our shampoo and conditioners that we brought, and I brought them to her and saw a roach running along the tub floor and back to the crack between the tub and wall. The carpet looked like it need a good shampooing, there was dust in every nook and cranny in our room. The dish cable box was dangling from the wall/tv area. And the second floor that we were on had a very bad odor of urine, and hit and miss smells of marijuana. The hotel manager Lori, seemed very pleasant at our first and only meeting, showed me the room to see if we wanted to stay (because the first hotel we reserved had a roach running around right when we walked in). Of course we weren’t going to immediately see any but my family was tired and having sudden truck problems, we decided to only bring in what we immediately needed, and decided to make do. Lori also talked a big game of how they use the top of the line cleaner and the lady that cleans the rooms is the best of the best, Lori’s standards mustn’t be very high or she is lacking in her management skills, because this room could have definitely been cleaned better. Upon checking out, we tried to raise our concerns to the young lady enthralled on her phone at the front desk but were told that she would bring up our concerns to the management, no idea if she actually did or would. I would absolutely rate this hotel and experience a 2/10. P.S. the yogurt served at “breakfast” was expired. The first picture I have shared is the crack where the roach went back into hiding. The second is a stain of some sort and showing how dirty the carpet was. The final picture is of the dust in said nook and cranny, as you can about imagine the rest of the room.
