Good but definitely could be improved.
- What did you like most?Room rate was ok. Staff were courteous and very helpful. The reservation manager, Jerald, was particularly helpful in arranging for my hotel pick-up at the last minute. The front desk staff, particularly this one lady (didn't get her name) was efficient and helpful, too. Location was good, near where I needed to go to. It's also not in busy, traffic-jam prone area.The room was spacious, well-appointed and clean. The room service food and service were excellent. The bed linen were crisp and clean. The room itself was quite clean. Ample hangers in the closet.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The person supposed to wait for me at the airport wasn't at the appointed spot and I ended up having to call the hotel and waiting 15 minutes. The hotel staff called the driver directly. The driver then quickly went to where I was. He put me comfortably in the car and then looked for the woman who was supposed to meet to tell her that he had found me. For a 5-star hotel, the room was underwhelming. Lighting not good. The electrical plugs were inconveniently located and not enough. There were no phone plugs unlike in other 4 or 5-star hotels. Nescafe coffee in the room was also disappointing. Very poor channel selections on TV. Might also need to clean and service the aircon. Breakfast fare is good but could be improved with more thai dishes. Service could also be improved. There needs to be a server stationed near the entrance to help guests find a table, guide them there, and explain where everything is in terms of, e.g. where the coffee is, if guests can get freshly-cooked eggs, etc. Perhaps ask whether they want coffee or tea and serve the first cup to their table. The door people are not very welcoming or helpful.

- Was there anything you didn't like?The lifts were very slow - often waiting up to 10 minutes. The pool is very small.
