Not impressed initially, but glad...
- What did you like most?I was initially allocated a single room on the top floor but unfortunately there was building work going on outside my room and this room should never have been available to book. I couldn’t open my window or curtains or feel comfortable. I informed the staff and thankfully was moved to a more appropriate room.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Allocated to room where building works are ongoing outside with men walking up and down scaffolding from as early at 7am.
