According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years old cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents. All minors under 18 years old also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

A no frills hotel . No accessibility access .
- What did you like most?An older hotel property , attractive lobby area and dining room. I had an ocean view room . Breakfast buffet was included .
- Was there anything you didn't like?The location on Copacabana is usually very nice . This particular spot was noisy due to a concert venue that had been set up On the beach . Two sets of stairs at the entrance , no ramp or accessibility access . I use a walker , had to have the door person assist me every time . The entrance to my room was very tight and on an angle . Difficult to get in and out of the room . There is no pool or gym or any streaming apps on the tv .
