Terrible experience, confirmed booking but no room available
- Was there anything you didn't like?I had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com and arrived at the hotel late at night, only to be told by the front desk that there were no rooms available. Despite having a valid booking confirmation, I was refused check-in and left without accommodation. The staff did not offer any real solution, alternative room, or assistance, just told me they were fully booked. This was extremely stressful, especially arriving late at night and relying on a confirmed reservation. What is the point of confirming bookings if the hotel cannot honor them. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious. This situation can easily happen to you as well.
