- What did you like most?Greeted by the concierge team with a warm welcome. The location is fabulous for Central station, catching the Arlanda Express to and from the Airport in 18 mins, Old Town, Christmas market and shopping. Being able to store our luggage on Check-out. We had room service both nights of our stay. Our attendant was wonderful and remembered our request from the previous night. Had a conversation and asked questions of our travels. We appreciated his interest.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Receptionist on check-out had no personality. I advised her that we could hear banging well before 7am. A slight spilt of her lips. The room needs a good dusting plus more lighting it is too dark especially when it is dark at 3.30pm in Winter.

- Was there anything you didn't like?Everything was super bad, we even raised the complaint. Nobody answer at the reception kitchen or service.They did not provide proper room service or changed bed sheets or kept the tea coffee water daily.The stay was really bad specially for family with kids they don’t support. Also, checkout we called many times reception nobody called and no help. No internet at all.
